Yushin has a team of well-trained service engineers and technicians who provide troubleshooting and training to the maintenance teams of various injection molding factories.

Yushin field service staff handles various types of automation equipment, such robot arm troubleshooting and repair, fine adjustment of existing precision equipment for insert molding application or gate-cut equipment.

We provide training and education to customer’s maintenance team from simplified inspection or troubleshooting to regular maintenance inspection. Our take-out robot has flexible program modification features and we also give training for setting additional robotic motions on the robot arm or communication with injection molding machine or auxiliary equipment.

Yushin technical engineers conduct preventative maintenance and some of our injection molding robot has features of preventative maintenance or problem predictive features.

We provide training of making tooling for robotic arm, and helps customers to design the end-of-arm tool by themselves.
